#1 Espresso Eggnog Martini

4oz Meijer Eggnog
1 tsp instant coffee
2 drops almond extract
1 tbsp Meijer chocolate syrup
1 vanilla wafer
Cocoa powder as needed

Makes 1 Mocktail

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice.

  2. Add eggnog, almond extract and instant coffee and shake until completely dissolved.

  3. Pour chocolate syrup around the inside of a martini glass.

  4. Pour the eggnog mixture over the syrup.

  5. Drop the vanilla wafer in the center of the glass to resemble an egg yolk.

  6. Dust with cocoa powder and enjoy!

#2 Ginger Snap Cider

2oz Apple Cider
2oz ginger beer
1 ginger snap cookie
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp Salted caramel (optional)
1 cinnamon stick

Makes 1 Mocktail

  1. Crush the ginger snap cookie with the coarse sugar to make cookie sugar. Wet the rim of a rocks glass and dip in the cookie sugar.

  2. Drizzle salted caramel on the inside of the glass.

  3. Fill the glass half full with ice and pour the apple cider over the ice.

  4. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

    *Tip: for added elegance, burn one end of the cinnamon stick before garnishing for a smoky sweet aroma*

Mele Kalikimaka

3 cups Fresh Pineapple
1 can Coconut Milk
½ Lime, juiced
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 cup Ice

Makes 1 Pitcher

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into tall glasses.

  3. Garnish with pineapple leaves, limes slices and/or skewered pineapple.

Cranberry Rosemary Fizz

1 Bag (12 oz) Fresh Cranberries
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
24 oz Lime Sparkling Water
4 Rosemary Sprigs
Garnish: Cranberries, lime wedges

Makes 4 Mocktails

Cranberry Simple Syrup

  1. Process cranberries in a blender or food processor until well chopped.

  2. In a medium saucepan, add water, sugar, and chopped cranberries. Cook over medium heat until sugar has dissolved, about 2 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and strain the mixture in a fine metal strainer to remove cranberries. Place cranberry simple syrup in the refrigerator to cool.

Cranberry Rosemary Fizz Mocktail

  1. Fill four tall glasses with ice.

  2. Add 2 Tbsp cranberry simple syrup to each glass. Top with 6 oz lime sparkling water.

  3. Garnish with a rosemary sprig. Add additional cranberries or a twist of lime, if desired.

Pumpkin Pie Horchata

Pumpkin Pie Horchata

2 Cups Unsweetened, Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Slice Pumpkin Pie, crust removed
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Cup Ice
Garnish: Whipped Topping, Cinnamon, Small Piece of Pumpkin Pie

Makes 4 Mocktails

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender, and blend until well combined.

  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with desired toppings.

  3. Enjoy!
